Last year at this time I made it a goal to visit as many Missouri-Kansas local wineries as I could and write about the visits here on the blog. Why? I love wine, I am very proud to live in this successful grape growing-wine producing state of Missouri, and I thoroughly enjoy getting to know the growers and learn about the many varieties available in these parts. I made a list of every one I visited this past year, and chose my favorite wineries and wines in several categories, including my two favorite wine types, the almighty Cynthiana/Norton and the delicate Traminette.
Psst..Scroll down and see all the wineries I visited and what wineries I am headed to in 2015!!
