After visiting Lexington , Missouri and getting some history lessons in the historical town, our group of friends headed to the second winery on our list for the day, Fahrmeier Farms Family Vineyards. This winery also has a working farm and sells produce as well as wine, and sits on quite a bit of beautiful land. My only complaint of the day was that the man pouring the wine moved at lightning speed and they started to all taste the same. However, I did manage to find a couple I liked, and enjoyed the afternoon on the patio with everyone!

The Chambourcin and River Bluff Red were very good. I purchased the Chambourcin and had it on the patio with friends and a yummy selection of snacks. The Vignoles in the white wine category was a favorite of everyone's and I highly recomend that one as well!
