Farmers Market Fresh Summer Cocktails Series: Blueberry Prosecco Farmhouse Chiller

This is the second in the series of Farmers Market Summer Cocktails I have been whipping up at home. Farmers markets here in Kansas City usually have great selections and the blueberries for this one were perfect! Large, sweet and affordable!  So, whip yourself up one of these and head out to the porch or deck for some good tasting summer cocktails.  Recipes and ingredients are below! Check out the link to the first cocktail in the series below as well!

you need:
lemon juice
blueberry jam
mint for garnish

assemble all the ingredients and put a few blueberries in the freezer to add as garnish later
put one tablespoon of blueberry jam into the jar
mash/muddle a small handful of blueberries in a small bowl
add one shot of vodka to the muddled blueberries, add one tablespoon of lemon juice,  and let sit a minute
slice lemons to add as garnish
add the muddled mix of berries into the jar
whisk or shake well to blend the jam with the mix
add ice and fill with Prosecco
put the lid on and give it a gentle shake to mix again
top with frozen blueberries, the lemon and mint
